Below is my standard agreement for my Artist-at-work project. Through this agreement, I give the artist permission to use the photos for personal or commercial purposes, and the artist gives me permission to use images from the photo session in a book, exhibit, or on my website.  I always give the artist the opportunity to review the photos before I use them.
